Terms & Conditions
Your must sign your invoice, and pay a 50% deposit to confirm that you understand and agree to all items itemized in your invoice to start your order. A Florida State Sales Tax of 7% will be add to all invoices, unless you the client can provide a copy of your "sales tax certificate" for the same name that is written on the deposit, and final check. We do not accept credit card payments.
We accept: business checks, personal checks with drivers license ID, or cashier checks.
All credit card payments have to go through Paypal using this email address: accounts@viionnetwork.com
The final payment for your order must be paid by check no later than 2 weeks before the event. All final payments later than 2 weeks before your event, or at delivery, must be paid with a "cashiers check" (get one at any local post office, or any bank) before the items are taken off the delivery truck.
Make all checks payable to "Mckinley Pierre Productions".
Any cuts, permanent marks, or rips that occur during your event will be charged to you according to the repair cost of each item. Large order will require a Security Deposit in case damage does occur. Client is advised to acknowledge any major. cuts, permanent marks, and rips that may be on items before the event begins.
All cancelled orders will have a 40% restocking fee.
